As a college student I don't have the money to spend on expensive foods some recipes on youtube require, I'm so thankful you show us cheap meals that are healthy too. I can't afford to pay a gym trainer or a nutritionist to tell me what to eat and I'm so happy these recipes are free. Wish you the best!

Safety tip: If you put the flat side of the carrot down on the cutting board, instead of the round side, it won't rock/roll when you split it lengthwise. Great work! Recipes look amazing!

Another tip for the first meal please season the chicken BEFORE you cook it and if you have the patience also put it in the fridge after seasoning for about an hour. It will have a lot more flavour to it. Also I would make the first meal with cajun seasoning🙂

Be sure to wash and rinse your quinoa at least a couple of times before cooking it! Otherwise it'll have a bitter taste

I really enjoy the single portion meals. No waste! It's much easier to double up if needed than to cut a recipe in half and still have leftovers that end up gettin tossed.

Thank you I had already made some of this recipes and my kids really like it 👍👍 it’s something different I learned how to cook I never had a mom to show me how to cook I am an orphan I have no family but this helps a lot
