It seems like his intolerance is also possibly due to his hips being stuck in one position. His hips don't look like they move at all.

Lots of knowledge in comments i had skin cancer and lost 200 limp nodes from my ear to my shoulder on left side my upper back nd left shoulder are in constant pain will work so hard to fix issues and relieve my pain been told have frozen shoulder but my back also in pain any tips gratefully received Godbless

Im a boxer and I have pain deep inside the left side of the spine. Its the side my strong arm is, but I dont feel pain when I throw my straights.
The pain is just about shoulder blade height and it gets worse when I go jogging.
Also its very stiff in the morning.

Can you help me?

Can I do this with lumbar scoliosis? It seems it does not work much since I have on a side (the leg where the scoliosis is going) a crazy instability. On top my spine compresses on that side. What should I do?

I wish you were in my area. I broke my collarbone at 11 and it heeled shorter than the other. It’s obviously different as well as a car accident at 16. My right side is way bigger than my left and I can’t seem to figure out proper adjustment. It’s so weird my left collarbone was what broke but I injured my right shoulder in car accident so I don’t have stability but it has strength my left has stability no strength as well I have a tilted spine from car accident with subluxations. I need some kinda routine to straighten me out 😂

I have pain in one side of hip and lower back i have been having physiotherapy almost done with 20 sessions but still no relief please help 😭😭😭

Prevented aggravation... but didn't address what specific imbalance or misalignment or faulty "firing order" was occuring... it's start, moderately functional, however "more can be done" to further progress by looking into the underlying issues after some "stable" activity range has been established...

Well, he was raising his leg too high. You shouldn’t raise those legs too high if you wanna feel it work.

His stomach is likely pissed off with him, as a consequence his transverse abdominals have shut off causing his pelvis to rotate forward, as a consequence his hip flexors are tight, loading up the L5/S1 area. I’d give my left testicle if his disks aren’t herniated here.
