using industrial dishwashers or by hand, smaller business do it by hand but the water has to be at least 171 °F with dish soap and some use chemical sanitizer to do it. While bigger businesses use industrial dishwasher that use water around or at 180°F in final rinse. The staff usually monitor the temperature of it to make sure the utensils are sanitized
