I’m so happy you spoke up. I had past trauma because of it and it developed social anxiety. Many told me I’m faking it and that i was just sad but my behavior literally spelled out depression. It was a “trend” for most and i hate it. They didn’t care for the people who was actually going thru it.

there’s a difference from being depressed and having depression. if it was by ur self, u clearly didn’t have depression. u were just depressed. depression is diagnosed by a doctor or therapist, or any other medical/mental professional.
