I come from an athletic family and when I was 10 I already had very defined muscular legs. I always wore longer shorts to hide my quads because I was embarrassed. I don’t know why I felt that way as nobody teased me or anything. I just remember feeling like that wasn’t attractive cuz I wasn’t “skinny”. Talk about brainwashed by society!

My father and my uncle always said me muscle on woman doesn't look good so i should do yoga to keep a lean body... But my brother encouraged me to do muscle training..infact he was the one to suggest that..
Well it's not like I have developed muscle till now... But I started working out and I feel great 😁

Depends on how much muscle. Body building? Not for me. I think the extent I'll give is CrossFit where I still find a woman's body aesthetically pleasing. Women who are professional track & field athletes tend to have very nice bodies.

When people talk about 'muscle on women', they are referring to attractiveness in body builders. Women who look like male body builders.

Also if muscle is so masculine, does that mean men who aren't muscular aren't real men? How many people are they trying to shame right now? Also if a woman builds muscle, especially naturally, how is that manly? It's literally a woman with muscle. A woman. With muscle. Which automatically means that muscle is womanly. The logic against strong women is just not actually logical. The point is, I love this video.

To be fair, most men that say muscular women aren't attractive are referring to the ones that are heavily muscled. I agree with them. But women like you are what I'd call "strong fit" which is quite attractive.
