Easy Kneecap Dislocation with NO Pain #shorts

Показать описание
Patellar or kneecap dislocation with instability is a common clinical problem, affecting between 7-49/100,000. Etiology is multifactorial, and a clear understanding of the cause of instability is crucial for appropriate surgical treatment #kneecap #patelladislocation
Most lateral patellar instability occurs during the early arc (0°-30°) of knee flexion. Several anatomic and biomechanical studies have demonstrated that the medial #patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) is the most important restraint to lateral patellar displacement between 0°-30° of knee flexion. Moreover, MPFL deficiency is the essential lesion in this subset of lateral #patellarinstability patients.
