This is so true. I had a strange panic attack last week, it was obviously hard to breath and my wife was on my left side and a couch on my right. I felt her presence while I was scared and immediately asked for my rosary and began to pray it and I calmed down. I asked my wife who is non-catholic if she felt someone also. She said yes that was the only reason she felt she could leave me on the floor while getting a towel because I was sweating profusely. Our lady was there and I calmed down in two decades. Thanks be our Lady and the Lord. I haven’t had a panic attack that bad so far but if I leave my house without my rosary, I feel naked.
