I don't leave my home until I say my rosary. My grandma and aunts use to make them for the church, I started praying in first grade, and today I am 75 yo and still praying everyday. I have had a good life, a wonderful husband, 3 kids, 8 grandkids, 3 great grandkids. Our home is paid off, we are all leading a comfortable life, I thank God everyday for the good life he has given us,

I have been saved from accidents Thanks to Mother Mary

3 years ago I took a 3 week motorcycle trip cross country. I hadn’t memorized all the Mysteries and so would recite them while riding at least once a day, usually in the morning. The day before I was due to return home, less than 5 minutes after praying the rosary, my back tire blew out at 55 MPH along US-36 at 4PM rush hour Friday afternoon. At first I thought thecroad got rough all of a sudden; but I looked at the road right in front of me and saw it was smooth; then the back of the bike began to swish around and Inrealized what happened. I didn’tvhave time to pray; I was focussed on keeping upright and looking up and forward and not holding on too tightly and keeping the bike upright as I completely ket off the throttle. After it sliwed down and kept relatively stable I quickly looked down at the speed. Reading it was 35 MPH, i figured I would at least survive if I didn’t get run over by the semi truck behind me. I figured he would have run me over by now if he was going to. My helmet has a rear flasher that goes bonkers when it detects decelleration; so it probably did it’s job. Looking down again, I was down to 15-20 MPH, so I figured it was safe enough to start easing off to the shoulder. Once I was safely away from traffic, I thanked God for His mercy and grace and Mother Mary for her intercession and protection.

I was not consistent in practicing my faith. I started following some Catholic groups on FB. I began to pray the rosary sporadically. Gradually, I started praying it daily. And I found Latin Mass near me. Fast forward one year and I’ve experienced a reawakening. I’ve gone back to the Church and Mass I experienced as a child. The traditions and music of the Latin Mass are more reverent and holy for me. I know the Virgin Mother brought me these gifts through the Most Holy Rosary.
