Yesterday, I asked an ISTP to explain how transmissions work.
He spit out so many details, My head was about to explode.

Funny that you mentioned the Si having a slower reaction time. Everyone in my family has Si and I've had multiple dreams where we are all in a survival situation and I ended up saving everyone because I didn't stay to save family albums or the random cash box in the basement.

Isfp here. I totally relate to so many things you mentioned in this video, especially about wanting to give experiences and needing to handle situations immediately. In addition, I appreciate that you gave me clarity about a life long issue I've had with my sister. My sister is an Si user (ESFJ) and she always gets mad at me because I never have pictures of family on the wall, only art. Her house is covered in family photos because she loves reflecting back. I always feel bad because I don't enjoy looking back at photos and reminiscing as much as she does, which she views as being cold and heartless. I've tried to explain the way the cognitive functions work to her to help her understand, but it seriously goes nowhere. It's just theory to her, which equals nonsense in her mind. Really drives me nuts. I really do love living in the present and looking back just isn't something I naturally do.

I have a son who recently took the MBTI at work. His results were ISTP. This video was helpful. It described him to the "T". I could tell you some stories!

Entj here, definitely don’t have any mechanical skills, but I DEFINITELY know where everyone in the room is and know what people want and what they’re thinking. Can easily tell if someone is bored on a topic or excited about something. Really appreciate the videos.

INFJ
- I can live in the moment and I also can lost in my thoughts. I know the "what is" But also thinking about "what if" when I'm alone. A walking paradox.

"Jeffrey, I did tell you I was going to be away Saturday. I told you multiple times but you didn't hear me" sure did elicit an angry response from me. -INTJ

ISTPs and swearing they have the best memory, my god, the ignorance is real.

Thank you for the vid! One interesting thing tho: as an ENFJ I’ve been told that an INFP’s Si child would get along with my Se child, and I do enjoy showing things and sharing experiences with INFPs. however, I get extremely annoyed when I want to share something immediately and I am so enthusiastic, and their Si is so slow to react, or their reaction is so reserved. My Se child gets upset then.

Love that bird in the BG. You suddenly sound so Guru-esque, giving a speach in his zen garden or somethin'

Thanks for the vids! I watched this and the Si video, trying to figure out if I'm an INFJ or ISFJ, as I can relate to both in some ways. Definitely can relate most to Se. The "I need to react now because I’ll forget about it later" is totally me. Also that I tend to react to events rather than initiate them. Even in conflict I struggle to bring things up on their own without sending a feeling comment or reacting to another accusation, which is something I am trying to work on. I have a much better understanding now that I've seen your video.

As an ESFP I think we need ENTPs, they’re very important.

I find it funny now that I've been focusing on this, I've noticed that Se users are always saying "I want it to be fun! I want it to be fun!"

So many of your insights are spot on. "Theory isn't real to ESFPs despite predictable "A roomful of Fe users gang up on a single Fi user in the room"....are all patterns I've witnessed before. I'm trying to arrive at the mechanics of how you are putting these conclusions together. I wouldn't mind an unpacking of it in still more detail. Say what? There's a lot to learn here.

09:56 you talk about doubt and decision making for stronger SE users. I've probably done your head in with how many times i've mentioned im an INFJ male but im so jealous of SE primaries because i always thought they're always that 1 step ahead verbally and physically and that my NI was the cause of my indecisiveness. it's constantly NI vs Ti battling each other in my brain and probably why INFJs avoid small talk and are awkward.

NI: This is the best way forward
TI: but wait are you sure
NI: wait let me check other routes
TI: you were so sure the first time lets get to the source
SE: maybe think of a plan on how to get the answers before putting yourself in this position next time you know im bad with details!, i bet nobody elses brain is talking to itself
