Thanks to the owner of this useful video, to beginners just practice the A minor and A major pentatonic because it's the same finger moves in the other minor and major chords. But you must learn where is the root of every chords from frets. That was my learning experienced.

If you want to get your improvs to have more depth. After learning the 1st shape like shown in the video, learn the 2nd shape. And try to improv with both shapes and so on until you have learned all 5 shapes.
