Seems like it added some additional moisture to the Wellington which is good but might soggy the pastry on the bottom before serving

You're meant to use crepes instead of the greens, the bottom of the pastry is very wet because the juices were not contained properly, the layer of duxelle could be a tiny bit thinner too

The layer of duxelles is too thick besides that rest atleast 10 more minutes. Otherwise nice try man ! It’s a hard dish to make
