Another thing if they're living well and keep having more and more stuff and you wonder where they're getting the money because it doesn't add up and they're gone all the time... they're trafficking it. Some for their habit. Some because they can't get a job or keep a job any place that dug tests and does randoms.. and I think every state funded or federal funded or subsidized should be testing randomly.
