How to fix your faulty Mounjaro Kwikpen injection device?

This was a faulty device brought in by a patient which I tested. It has been reported back to Ely Lily company. After few turns the device seemed to be working well but sadly a full dose was lost. #diabetes #mounjaro #weightloss #empowerment

It jams on my last dose. Two pens it’s happened with. You prime it, it turns a couple of rotations then sticks. Any ideas on how to fix this?

What if the needle gets stuck and you can't take it out of the device.

Same for me last 2 doses I cant administer on 2 different pens and health express refuse to admit the pens are faulty even when I've sent videos as proof!

Everyone with this problem, my doctor let me know to bring my jammed pens in and they’ll extract the rest out with a needle. I don’t know how they’ll return the rest for use but they will

Same issue with Kwikpen for my fast acting insulin, happens for almost every pen at the moment. I'm doing a construction job and I think they are very sensitive to dust. Because it's a meal time MDI device it stays with me always, not left at home in the fridge, sometimes I can't eat lunch because I can't take insulin.😓
