God’s will isn’t that you figure out the right thing to do, God’s will is that you figure out the right person to know. To know Jesus and to make Him known. That is God’s will for our lives. The real meaning of life.

I think you have it right about we don't put the work and research to identify Gods directioning.

Thank you so much Louie!!! These questions really have the wheels turning. These questions about our purpose And how we can know what our passion is and how do we do it for the glory of JESUS, are very practical and helpful. I don't always know what Gods will for my life is but I surely know what it is not. I have been clean from a heroin addiction for over 2 years now. I wanted to say thank you for following your passion and speaking the truth to a broken world. When I first got clean I would, and still do, listen to your youtube videos at Passion Conference or at your church and it would give me enough hope to get through those dark nights of the soul. I am so thankful that you are real and not afraid to share the gospel with those of us who have felt at one time, that we were of no use to God. I am so thankful for a home church and a awesome Pastor who shepherds his congregation with love and mercy. But you were one of the first real Christian that I heard that made me feel that God could reach me. And He did : ) And He does : )
