i'm literally about to make this right now! i love that i have all these ingredients except mushrooms and instead will use sauteed yellow onions and jalapenos. i'm working from home and it's a pretty busy day so this is a perfect recipe. the sauce comes together quickly, and the noodles don't need my full attention while boiling. thank you for this recipe ♥

i tried this and it was way too salty 😭😭 had to dilute it with so much noodle water it turned soupy
