Wow, Colleen! I never considered identifying my emotions as a way of controlling emotional eating. It really makes sense, though. How can I find the solution without knowing the issue (or the emotion)?! I think it’ll really help once I know what’s been bothering me. I’ve felt like an emotional rollercoaster over the past few weeks, and my eating habits really show it. 😣 Thank you for your insightful content!
