As a kid I always had tingling hands/feet. Been having tremendous brainfog and low energy the last couple of years, fainting in heat, and seborrheic dermatitis. Noticed when I took a B complex supplement that it all went away, pinpointed it back to b6. Crazy how I can go my whole life without knowing the cause of my issues. I guess I'll check out P5P version of B6 now.

B6 works for me to reduce occasional anxiety. When feeling anxious I take B6 500mg twice a day, first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Highly recommend. Best taken on a full stomach.

B6 and magnesium intake will also assist in the prevention of painful oxalate kidney stones.

I had period cramps and a person told me to try B6..I did but it didn't help the cramps but I noticed I wasn't depressed any more..I stopped crying all the time..I have taken it for over 40 years now and never went back to being sad about everything..a salesgirl in a drugstore asked me if I take it for depression..I said yes..she said she did too and her daughter has depression but won't try it..more fool her!..I have a bit of neuropathy in my toes and pads of my feet..I think I will up my B6 and see if it helps..thank you.

If your body is very low on B6, you can get anemia, which is too few red blood cells. That would make you feel tired and weak. Anemia can also come from not having enough iron in your body. Shortages of other vitamins, like B12 and folate, also may cause it.👍

can anyone explain or give clarity on the following ... does any change to typical Purine & Pyrimidine, folate, B6 or B12 pathways during pre or early post natal periods result in heritable genetics that could be passed from that baby should they procreate in later life?
