I get from 200 to 300mb on Verizon grey box. Very happy so far. For 45 bucks!

Great video... Thanks for the comparison! Really interesting to see how these two giants hold up in a rural community.

I have T Mobile for 3 years and never have less than 520 MPs download. Location, location!

Got T mobile to try it out. Speeds were very sporadic (450MB to .5MB) throughout day with very good signal. Returned and hoping Verizon is eventually available.

I have t mobile home internet for 3 years! Location is the big key. I get between 500-700 down and 60-120 up

Funny enough those tmobile speeds are what i used to get here where i live for the last decade. It wasn't til summer of 2023 that i finally saw a improvement on my speeds. I know average 150 to 200 on tmobile, of course verizon easily averaged 100 down the last decade and beginning of last year i started getting 300 down and now i can pull 1, 000 down easy

Great comparisons! If Verizon 5G was in my area I would get their 5G home internet!

I don’t understand why Verizon plasters the new wifi 6e box all over their advertising and website now. They seem to still only be sending the second generation Arcadyan white cube. The only way to get wifi 6 when you get the older white cube is if you sign the agreement for their wifi extender and use it as the main wifi box with ip passthrough enabled.

At least T-Mobile still only uses the old black rectangles for advertising so you don’t get disappointed when you don’t get the new white antenna model.

Still though, Verizon ftw. Just like you I got a consistent 300 down.

Here in south Raleigh NC my Verizon speed is 52 down and 20 ~6 upload. Which is really slow but it’s a stable connection so I barely notice any lag until it’s time to download something

These are cool and all, but I'd rather have fiber with symetrical down/up. I have 5G UW probably a mile away from my house and can only pick it up in my alley. In home, 4G LTE that won't even hit 50 down and 5 up.

I tried T-Mobile was lucky to get 12 - 20Mbps and some times a bit more. VZW I'm getting around 295Mbps - 315Mbps. Tried US Cellular as well, was lucky to get 4G instead of 5G, at times I'd get 5G but over 95% of the time it'd only show as 4G with very slow speeds.

Good to see you got a better option. T-Mobile stinking it up

I get decent ping compared to my previous provider on T-Mobile Internet! (Usually 40-100 ping compared to almost up to 1000 ping on my old ISP)

Also, don't forget, you got 5G home plus, they get a free wifi range extender which connects like a mesh system for free from the app!!!

Just means you’re closer to the Verizon tower than Temo Tower.

Thanks for making the video.
They’re both pretty blah actually…and more expensive recently.

Did you try putting them both on window ledges (in areas away from the small child)? Results?

Set both Boxes Underneath the Window and do Another Speed Test and it all depends where the Tower is and how many people are on it to make the Tower Congested

That's honestly not that good for either one of them. We live in a Rural Area in New Jersey and we average around 300 to 350 sometimes higher with T-Mobile 5G Home Internet but I have my Gateway up in the Attic. It depends on where you put the Gateway normally the higher the better and it depends on your Area and also how many people are in your Area and how congested the Towers can get and even the Weather can affect it. There's a lot of things that can affect the Speeds and the Signal but that's because it's not Cable but for the cheaper Price I'll take what we get over the higher Price of Cable Internet.
