Coverage isn't about 5G or 4G. It's about getting a signal and having your phone work. Verizon rural coverage is hands down superior to T-Mobile. Big Red win in the coverage department.

When it comes to Customer Service T-mobile wins hands down... When I deployed to Afghanistan I told them exactly what I wanted and they agreed to it. They said one thing but their contract said a whole other. It wasn't till I came back from Afghanistan that I realized what they had done. I tried talking with them but they wouldn't budge. Basically saying I was now stuck in 2 separate contracts. So I went to T-mobile and they paid off both contracts. I've been with them ever since. Verizon was always over charging me too. And this was before Verizon had an unlimited data plan. And at the time T-mobile did. I'm never leaving T-mobile. Verizon can shove it.

We are going to be 70 next year and we are going with t-mobile for the 55+ which Verizon doesn't and we've been with Verizon for the past 18 years.

The only reason I stick with Verizon is because T-Mobile has crap service in my part of the state, and I got Verizon on a business plan. If I move to a big city (I currently live in a town about 1500 people) then I will most likely get T-Mobile. I won’t even think about ATT because they haven’t had good internet in the last 15 years.

Coverage isn't who has the most 4G or 5G. It's all about if you get a signal and does your phone work? In the coverage category, Verizon is a huge winner.

My house is dead zone for Verizon. Had wifi so lived with it. Then calls didn't work over WiFi. I finally decided to Google Fi because they had 700 credit for the Google Pixel 8 pro.

T mobile all the way! I had the worst with Verizon. They lie saying they will email me my statement. I call them again but they deny to ever saying that. They are refusing to let me cancle my phone plan and going with a different carrier because il moving out the country and wont have verizon there. There holding me hostage. They threaten me if I dont pay it my bill will keep going up. Let it be since they refusing to let me cancel. I'll just get my uncle. He's a lawyer.

Facts. Since the outage i have nothing but a headache with service. We will switch to t mobile for reliability and lower price. I need consistency and verizon has not given that. My wife for the most part has gotten consistent signal. She has the s23 ultra and I have s22 ultra. I heard the s22 ultra has a glitch with signal due to antennas. I use esim but with a physical sim I didn't have as much inconsistency with signal. I pay to much for lackluster service and signal. I rather lower the price point than inconsistency with a higher price point.
