Hey I've been following you for a while and your content has literally blown my mind as as average citizen not knowing that I have so much power which I never knew about, makes me want to trust the justice system of India even more.

I would like to see more content on matters that pertain us average citizens about the laws that we don't know about.
Like 1. Personal injury laws
2. How we can sue companies
3. Deconstructing famous court cases like Jeffrey Epstein, Johnny Depp, George Floyd
4. Rare court case stories like court ruling against the entire government in favour of a citizen or vice versa
5. Laws that are needed but not been given IE:- Laws for men protection in false sexual allegations or having a men's commission like how women have.
6. Your opinions on certain laws that should be added or removed like Alimony. Considering Dowry is illegal but women can extort money after marriage if she is not happy, and it happens so often, in America 50% marriages end in divorce so do you think alimony and women taking half the estate should be legal? Considering women too benefit from marriage and don't get married to men as a favour.

These are just a few, whether u consider them or not your channel has definitely taught me a lot and continues to do as you talk about sensitive issues that others don't without the fear of backlash. Kuddos 👍🔥🔥

It's a good point..but it's also dangerous for the Innocent one if there is conspiracy criminal mindset always will get a chance to wipe proves and make it also will get a chance to involve false case ..so it's better there has to be a certain ammount of limitations based on quality of crime it can turn into a serious weapon for criminals note this

Sir,
Again with the utmost respect.
In Mumbai, in case of refusal/ dilly-dallying by the Officer, the legal route is taken, rather than the administrative route of superior DCP-CP etc.
Lawyers use 2(d) & 200 CRPC, go straight to the JMFC & present the complaint just before matters are called out.
The success rate is satisfactory with regard to the court's response.
At least the complaint moves forward, presuming basic merits.

Section 2(d) in The Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973
" complaint" means any allegation made orally or in writing to a Magistrate, with a view to his taking action under this Code, that some person, whether known or unknown, has committed an offence, but does not include a police report.

S. 200- Examination of complainant - A magistrate taking cognizance of an offence on complaint shall, examine upon oath the complainant and witnesses present, if any and the substance of such examination shall be reduced into writing and shall be signed by the complainant and witnesses and also by the magistrate.

Needed one crucial input -Whether in civil suit in interim relief, the Hon High Court declares the issue of fraud raised in civil suit as frivolous at interim relief stage, can this interim relief order will hamper my complaint before the police on same issue of fraud to register FIR and investigate, though written complaint was made in time before the Police and well ahead of the said order of the High Court ?

Sec 468 is for courts...not for police

Can police refuse to register complaint of mobile theft, saying they have more serious crimes to solve, like murder

Sir needed a knoledge... suppose waking up the next morning after a consensual intercourse my fiancee/girlfriend goes up to falsely accuse me of Rape....of course medical findings will be by her side, and very uncertainly do people record their partner's consent specifically as hardly anyone expects your dear one to turn up against you the next day, besides people often forget about safety at such excited/emotionally charged such case as I need to prove my innocence by justifying the mutual consent should I approach?
Else the best option left for boys is to abstain from premarital sexual intercourse as in India you can't sue a man on charges of marital rape 😂.

@Amish Aggarwala, I became victim of whatsapp scam few weeks ago(Approx 1 month), same day i filed complaint with Cyer celll and they moved the online complaint with local police station next day. Paytm asked me to get stamped copy of FIR from Police. But when i called and viited police station they said once they assign/ start investigation then i'll get a message on mobile and only then they can give me copy of FIR. Nothing even after 3 week of time period.
Sent email to delhi police email address stating all details, till no answer.
Its not just about the money which i lost into that scam but its about the law and order, the group of peole who did this scam can be caught very easily because all the details (Paytm account, mobile number, address) are easily avilable. And by not taking ny action againt them its giving the scammers the courage to do same with 100's or may be 1000's of innocent people. I don't know what else i can do to awake the police office to look into matter so that they give me copy of FIR and catch those scammers so that they or other scammers would fear to do such deeds in future thet they can be put behind bars.
