Rule of thumb - police is not to be trusted in such situations. It’s not only about whether they have real grounds or not, once they have you there and gauge that you’re scared or worried they start their games to make money. Our cops don’t only operate under/for the law, they work for the bribes. That is their primary source of income…

10 years ago my dad was asked to report to the police station with our car because a guy mistakenly said our car number after he was minorly hit and run. The police told that my dad should report first and then the car should appear later by someone else(he wasnt allowed to drive until proven not guilty). He was kept in the station seated on the floor for 5 hours until the guy who reported the hit and run case came and told that the car wasn't the one that hit him, my dad argued with the police about making him struggle through all this and the police said to go away before he actually writes that our car was involved in the case. So its basically difficult to argue with some 3rd class police department even if you aren't guilty. They just comeup with something to prove you did that

Sir, kindly create a separate video like what to do in such situation. I myself faced such situation, where they threatened me to come to police station otherwise they will arrest me from home (BTW the police was from different state). I appeared on the police station and they harassed me for 2 days and they found nothing, as I was not even aware of the crime, but somehow got linked into a case. Now I hate police from every angle for harassing me for nothing.

It's happen with myself they called me and ask me to come to police station. when i reached to police they started enquiring me later they put me behind the jail 😢😢 then after my father has to come to rescue me!

Same case is going on with me . Police called my father and said to come to police station for some enquiry and they arrested him and misbehaved with me and my mother which was so bad . They used very abusive words for us . And my father is still in police station. I'm going to try for his bail 🙃 my family is totally broken and I hope May everything go well

How to find decent lawyer in any city?

Don't 😂 send any reletive or friend, they will keep them in police station and will demand your appearance.
So Better to arrange a lawyer and send him/her.

Why would police hint about taking anticipatory bail in first place? They would ask the relative or frnd to get the accused instead.
