As someone with adhd and some more serious difficulties, I’d like to add that the way you think about things also matters. If getting up and moving for 5 minutes seems like it would be like climbing a mountain. Celebrate yourself for climbing a mountain when you are done. Recognise that the difficulty of a task isn’t objective, but subjective, and reward yourself appropriately if a task feels much harder than it would to a typical person. I was thinking of these tasks and small and little and then I never felt satisfied when I completed them because they weren’t meant to be hard, but due to what I was dealing with at the time, they really were, and once I started recognising how much effort I was actually putting into the “small” tasks, I then started to feel rewarded and got momentum.

Not sure if I have adhd since I’ve never been diagnosed but these are great videos and I like them every time!
