Five Rules of Gutman 100-Day Challenge:

1. Workouts: Engage in one 60-minute workout daily including active recovery (walking, swimming, jogging, light yoga)

2. Protein - Min 1 gram / kg / body weight

3. Fiber - Min 5 plant points ( any fruit, vegetables, nuts or seeds will be counted as 1 point)

4. Meditation - Min 10 min

5. No ultra processed food

Sorry to update
But I woke up early today and walked for 25mins.and for whole day I had fiber rich food like ragi, millet pulao and at night daliya.. With 1 hour yoga❤❤
I completed today's goal😊😊
I pray all stay gutsy, healthy and happy and loads of wishes to you doc!! 🎉🎉😊😊
