Anecdotally these traps were incredible. We were dealing with an infestation for weeks coming from one of the heaters in our apartment, no amount of mopping vacuuming or hiding things away could stop them. This took care of it in a few days.

So far these seem to work exceptionally well so I am very pleased. Had an issue with seeing a number of little black ants in a bathtub. I wasn't certain where they were coming in from, but it didn't take long to find out. The first night I placed one of these in the tub and one on the back, top edge. The next morning there were hundreds upon hundreds of them going after and around the one at the back of the tub and I quickly saw two cracks they were coming in from. The bait down in the tub was lonely. So I moved it up next to the other. Within 24 hours there were only a very small number of ants moving around the baits and some dead ones (guessing maybe 20-30) scattered around the tub. The second morning now and no activity whatsoever. I just washed down those dead ones and left the baits. Curious to see what's next. These baits are cheap, super easy to use, start working immediately if in the right location and I assume have solved the problem for now. I'm glad I didn't waste my time with mixing up my own solution as seen in so many videos.

I just got some of these too and realized it said it's 5.4% borax and then I asked ChatGPT to make a solution and what ratios to use and it gave me a ratio of one cup of water to a half a cup of sugar to 1.5 teaspoons of borax powder. Then I asked it to tell me what percentage of borax was in the final result and it said 5.87%, which is almost exactly what's in the Terro at 5.4%. and it suggested to just dip cotton balls inside the new solution and place them around. And that's what I'm doing now in conjunction with the Terro.

Mwahahaha I used this exact product today, saw 2 huge ants with wings escape from the wall all confused. Queens from 2 colonies perhaps? Smashed them. Gtfo of my house hehe.

Can confirm, these are the best ant traps, they also sell the syrup by the bottle so you can apply it anywhere, I recommend putting a drop every 12 inches along your foundation.

Terro is a great bait for common sugar ants, however sometimes ants reject Terro, and it is by no means the top shelf choice, for that you want Advion gel and Maxforce granular bait for home perimeter defense.

This can also be made very inexpensively at home with sugar, water and Borax. Search YouTube for instructions on mix ratios.

If you want to do a homemade version, you can mix together some very hot water close to a boil, sugar, honey, or both and borax put this mixture on the ant trails in lids plants anywhere it won’t be as effective as the product but it will still work

I put out a trap of olive oil and soy sauce for earwigs and ended up getting a ton of ants in it too. I set torro outside under the deck steps where I think the ants are coming from, along with my homemade trap now. Be gone ants.
