This is also a Home Depot find. I just purchased aeveral boxes and I've seen a significant improvement in my kitchen and pantry infestation.

Using scissors is the also the only sensible way to remove the top.

For others watching this - do what this reviewer did, ignore the instructions that come with this product and just cut the top off with scissors at the neck.
The design of this package is absolutely stupid if one follows the instructions. The top is supposed to "snap off" - well, it takes a whole lot of bending and twisting for it to finally break off - the seams of one packet were broken in the process, so it was a throwaway. On another packet when the top finally "broke" off the opening was pinched shut and it had to be opened with a toothpick - only because I noticed that it was pinched shut.
Here's hoping that the product is better than the idiot package.
