This is limited information on Anxiety Disorders. you didn't discuss Agoraphobia, Separation anxiety disorder, Selective mutism also YOU didn't talk about DSM V criteria, you didn't differentiate between FEAR, ANXIETY AND PANIC. lastly what happened terms like Comorbidity ? Nigga get shit outta here !!!

The social anxiety disorder was way oversimplified. There are different levels of it and not everyone with it is fearful to use public restrooms. Even when their social phobia was really strong in childhood. Come on now... 😒 Really uncool to oversimplify complex disorders...

i'm sorry i don't really understand. can i ask? i always get panicked even at the smallest problem. i always thingking it was my fault. i always scared of something i shouldn't have . sometimes i need to cried before i fell asleep. sometimes i have a short breath that i can't sleep because of that smallest problem. everyone around me told me to have a positive thoughts, but it never easy, i always have this negative thought. is it normal? because everyone around me said that i'm just overreacting
