When you sharpen your knives, you don't wipe it off before cutting meat? The first slice has little tiny shards of metal. 😳🤮 When I'm cutting up my elk and sharpen my knives, I see those tiny pieces of metal and I wipe them on a damp paper towel or rinse the blade off in the sink.
