Nope bison is too dry, there is no fat “marbling “ in bison .

I drool at the thought of being able to try bison. The actual “beef breed” of North America. We buck bulls here in fresno county California. Rodeo is held in Clovis. I’m saying Your crazy working with bison 😂 but damn that looks good!

Had a very nice bison steak for supper tonight!! If i served you a bison steak you would think from the taste it is beef. But the color is darker. It's a delicious steak!!
