40 Minute Legs and Glutes Supersets Workout

I'm so ready for you to crush this legs and glutes day! Get ready for a lower body workout focusing on progressive overload and challenging you to go until muscle fatigue! Today we are working for 45 seconds per exercise with 15 seconds rest and we will complete 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on. Try to push up in intensity each round to maximize your effort and your efficiency!

I am 29 weeks pregnant at the time of filming this video! Adjust the workout to your fitness level and always push yourself at any phase in your life no matter what! Thank you for training your hardest right alongside me!

Hotel workout done!!! Meant a lot of me when my 11 year old said, “Mom, I love that you’re so committed you even workout on vacation.” Love how these values pass on to others watching (and hopefully other situations in my daughters life that will require commitment even when it’s not “easy”)

Wow! I was dreading this workout. Was not feeling like a leg day but legs are what I want to improve most, so I knew if I just started the workout, I would get through it. I pushed myself hard, with probably 50+ pauses to the video to make it through, but I did it! My grip strength failed me on the step up/RDL combo so I switched to good mornings and actually felt a much better connection with those. I love the hamstring curl/bridge combo…I love a new move ❤ Way to crush it everyone! Thanks Sydney for being the most amazing trainer ever 🎉

Thank you Sydney! I really love pushing my lower body to get stronger, even though I’m always a bit reluctant to do lower body. But I know I need it most!
