Fall lasted 2 weeks in Western Canada. Its turning into winter up here, so I'll be a snowman for halloween

The reality of "fall" *autumn*:
Rain
Bitter cold
Harsh wind
Dark nights
And rain
No piles of leaves

or maybe it's just where live.

Wait. As an English person, I can disprove this. "Fall" (*AUTUMN*) SUCKS for me.
1. Sweater weather? In England it's ALWAYS sweater weather and I look HIDEOUS in sweaters
2. I HATE pumpkin spice flavoured things and it doesn't help that you have to drive for an HOUR to get to a Starbucks or costa
3. In the small village I live in, there's never county fairs or even fairs in general.. ;(
4. We don't have thanksgiving in England. Whoops.
5. Most of our trees hardly go orange or any pretty colours and plus when they fall off it's not even fun because the rain makes them soggy and just ew..
6. "Fall" shows? The Friends marathon just ended and there's no other good shows on.
Other things: RAIN, COLD, CAN'T GO OUTSIDE, GET'S DARK REALLY QUICK and just more generally bad things. Oh yeah.. and I DON'T CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN!

I can't...it's Spring in Australia and even if it were "Autumn" none of these things ever happen..

winter: glistening snow, piping hot chocolate after making snow angels outside

autumn: red, orange, and yellow leaves everywhere, the best weather

spring: not really special. A cross between autumn and summer

summer: sunburns, awkward tan lines, humid weather that deep-fries you into a French fry right after you step out of the ocean when you go to the beach. Recommended to stay inside where the AC is running.

I also have some other reasons why fall is the best

- Halloween
- The sound leaves make when you step on them
- the satisfaction of walking through ALOT of leaves
- The trees look pretty
- making a leaf pile
- halloween= LOTS OF CANDY
- the weather is just perfect. not too sunny and not too cold
- Collecting leaves
- The fall breeze
- all the birds gather in a beautiful V shape to hibernate
- When a breeze makes alot of leaves fall of the trees it look BEAUTIFUL ♡♡♡♡

Why I like winter the best
#1: I love rain! (because of the drought in California)
#2: Winter break! (for most schools in California)
#3: Christmas!(for some people Hanukkah, but still if you don't celebrate anything, there's bunch of sales on stuff)
#4: You take less showers (unless you have all the time in the world for these things) and wash less clothes!
#5: I like the cold a whole lot better than the heat!
#6: You can bury yourself in blankets and cuddle with everything!

Actually, Winter is the best for me.
Winter break and it's so cozy sleeping in fluffy blankets.
Snuggling in a soft blanket on bed with a book and peppermint hot chocolate.
Ooh, I can't wait!!
