Consumer Reports did a overall rating on all the brand names. Scion had an overall score of 72 tied with Honda and they reported "Scion's cars are affordable and fuel efficient, as well as the most reliable overall in our Annual Auto Survey." Also CR recommends 67% of Scions vehicles. Though Scion has a whole 5 cars in its line up. Best rated in line up is the FR-S a small sporty coupe. The rest average at best in their categories but again r all rated very reliable.

I would've put dodge dart here. That one (loaded) comes around $22k, but it has a good 8 inch super capable interface.
