So here goes my story of weight loss ... I am 5 feet 5 inches and i weighed around 72 kgs 4 5 months ago (my weight loss journey was for 2 months and now i am eating normal food without any faating . Just controlling my diet by restricting the number of chapatis to 1 or 2 with 2 khane wala chamach rice and 1 or 2 chapati for dinner ) what i mainly did to lose weight is intermittent fasting (16:8 ) and i tottaly refused tea, coffee and restricted the amount of sugar intake . I refused to eat chapati and had either vegetable oats, oats chilla, moonglet, suji chilla for brunch and different type of soups or sauted vegetables for supper . Eventually i managed to lose 12 kgs in 2 months . Now i am 60 kgs .

Walking is very underrated but trust me it's the most easy and effective way for a good health....also if, you're just speaking my everyday lifestyle!!!Keep going love love❤❤

Intermittent fasting is really common these days, I lost 30 kgs using that❤ the only thing I restricted was high carb and sugar but I was eating most of the things

Walking won't help alone if you aren't in a calorie deficit. What I do is I have an eating window of 8 -10 hrs then I somedays skip dinner somedays skip breakfast to maintain a good 12-15 hrs deficit. I eat everything but in moderation. I had 2 good pizza slices in the evening yesterday and skipped dinner. That's how you do it. Eat everything but in moderation. And aim for atleast 12 hrs fasting daily

Same even I can’t control my cravings. I started my weight loss journey from 15 January 2024 & my goal is to lose 14kgs in 3 months. I’ve already lost 3kgs of weight. I eat twice in a day but I eat proper food with lots of vegetables, ghee, dry fruits & 2-3 fruits per day & no sugar. If I crave something I just make healthier version like brownie from bajra flour & dates, quesadillas, pasta, paneer paratha with lots of veggies. And after I’ve started cooking all these at home, I don’t feel like having any of this from outside. I also exercise for an hour at least till I burn 500 calories. And I drink around ultras of water. This way I curb my cravings, my skin & hair keep improving & I’m losing weight.

Tea without sugar and milk is like Moye moye.

However without milk sometime work for weight lost.

Body type
Food ur taking like take more protein not carbohydrates
Ur doing walk or not

4 kilos in 4 week is also good.

You didn't only do walking to reduce weight, you control your food and also did intermittent fasting with lots of others things

I want to share something here..so i was 65 kgs initially and i was hoping to become 60 kgs i was not able to do exercise or anything due to tight schedule what i did was i use to eat 2 chapatis for lunch and 2 for dinner i reduced that amount to 1 chapati for lunch and 1 for dinner(was satisfied eating it) and i lost around 6 kgs now I'm 59 kgs.
