What about decaf? Got this question a few times, so pasting my answer from Patreon:
There are fewer studies on that, but decaf seems to go in the same direction as caffeinated coffee. One nuance though is the decaffeination method--there's even less done on this, but my sense of the general verdict so far is swiss water processed is going to be better than chemically processed.

Coffee drinker since 17, am now 69 let’s see that is 52 years. I drink 2-3 cups a day. So far no problems👍

I am here watching your videos because I find them straight forward and intelligent. This one in particular is of import to me. I have been drinking coffee on a daily basis since I was 5 years old. I have continued to drink coffee now into my late 60s. Just over two cups a day in the mornings only. Thanks for this video presentation. You have a new subscriber.
