Into super chilled bowl add:
2 cups of very cold whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla bean extract or powder
1/2 cup of powdered sugar

Mix on medium speed till desired consistency.

Using confectioners sugar will stabilize it for at least 2 days. If you use too much sugar it will collapse in just a few hours.

Little tip: freeze the whisk on the mixer for about 30 mins before. I’ve noticed I get a few more days before it collapses and becomes liquid.

I usually add gelatin or cream cheese to stabilize it both are yummy! Pipes beautiful too

I quite enjoy your content :) Arohanui from New Zealand -we’d buy a can of whipped cream to be ‘more American’ as a treat because “it’s cool” -we do that naturally, it must be in our programming from all the movies 😅 a lot of kai is just unfathomable -like we generally whip our own cream. In my whole life I’ve brought maybe two whip cans and one tub of some double cream? It was solid pure cream for cheesecake

Only problem with the whipping cream is they are added a bunch of random preservatives and fillers:/ find clean whip cream to make this!! Its sooo good though

You can freeze it too. Just pull it out 2 hours or so before you want to use it.

You can replace the powered sugar for condensed milk also and since I was making this at 12 am you can also use a frother to mix it to lol

You can also stabilize whip cream with a tablespoon of instant vanilla pudding mix though it might change the color slightly.
