great values whip cream recipe:
1 Cup whip cream
2 - 4 tbsp of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract

directions: whip cream until slightly thick. when thick add your powdered sugar and vanilla. Continue mixing until thick and stiff. ENJOY!!

wanted to make whipped cream today at my student flat with no electric mixer. saw the 2 minute claim while whisking some rather fluid cream thinking "there is NO WAY". got some really solid cream in around 5-7 minutes :D

There's something very satisfying about whipping cream by hand. As I continue to cook/bake, I find any excuse NOT to use an appliance.

This works I was making moose today but it takes a long time not 2 minutes but around 7 I had to ask my mum to finish and it worked

I tried for first time and actually overworked it within 3 minutes. I grabbed my biggest mixing bowl so i could whisk strong and it stiffened up quick
