I saw a tips video once where it was suggested that if your lid doesn’t close all the way you can adjust the small flap of metal in the lid inwards a bit to tighten up the closing

There is a fix for the lid not closing. You have to adjust the little metal bit that's inside the lid.

I picked up one today, and it worked great. I'm loving the two in on flame or torch feature. But like in your video, it only closes fully in my armor Zippos. Any tips?

Yes my doesn’t close and yes I can hear it on my zippo and it’s hard to light a pipe tobacco the lid goes over the flame

That's odd, mine fits perfectly into a Zippo Classic, but the Yellow Flame and Thunderbird inserts are more comfortable to strike so I hardly use it.
