Just a tip,
Use the little plastic adapter to bleed the air out of the butane tank. No need to buy a special tool.

Pro tip from a butane user, certain times it's best, if the lighter is entirely empty, to press and fire the light and hold it open. Making sure the spark sparked and won't do so again! Hold the button down after the spark has fired off. Then you can proceed to fill, and the filling will purge air inside the tank.

AGAIN MAKE SURE THE SPARK HAS FIRED AND WONT FIRE AGAIN! IF ITS A CONSTANT SPARK, DO NOT DO THIS! AGAIN DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE A CONSTANT SPARK! I learned the frigging hard way.

Fastest refill ever, had been trying to refill my lighter for 10 min straight without any success, used one of the little attachments I didn't even know were attachments, it took 3 secs to refill the whole tank, thank you very much!!! xd
