Releaving the pressure was key for me. I tried to fill up mine right side up and the little gas it had left actually was dumped into my refilling town and got replaced by air. I turned it upside-down but no gas was moving. Releaving the pressure and then filling it upside-down did the trick. Thanks so much!

Thanks for the simple yet helpful tip. Pressing down the valve tip to release some of the pressure inside was something I didn’t even consider, my effort was in refilling my torch.
