Off-duty officer shoots man in scuffle

WARNING: GRAPHIC VIDEO. An off-duty officer killed a man identified as Leevon Smith after he attacked her from behind. The officer warned during the incident that she would kill him. Smith’s estate is suing the city of Chicago and the officer for $10 million, alleging the officer used excessive force.
