Thank you, very nicely explained. To cut voip costs (no matter who is your VoIP provider), make sure to answer your calls and not to keep callers waiting in the queue. Remember you are paying for VoIP minutes usage, not for the calls :)

If the Admin add users.... does each user can login to adjust the such as call forwading, rings, etc... or only the Admin can login...? I do not see how to create password on each user page after adding user...
