I was thrown in the deep end with managing a Teams phone system for a small organisation. It's still a bit of a nightmare! Thank you for this. I will watch it with care on the weekend.
Question: Is there any way to have a Call Queue live report somehow to know when a call came in and when it was missed/answered?

I saw the Teams Call Queue App but that requires a Teams Premium license. Other solutions are also 3rd party paid solutions. Is there any built in feature to do this?!

I just have one question - I setup my calling queue and added the users needed to be the agents, and set it to call one by one, if someone does not pick up it goes to next one and so on. Well why it rings only to the first agent on the list and it does ring only the other agents phone but they can’t pick up, then it loops back to the first user and it does that over an over until the timeout time. Does not matter what user I place first in line, only one user is the one that can get the calls. Any help is really appreciated.
