Low volley inside part, high volley outside part. You cant hit the outside on a low ball

Imo that supination mentioned at 41 mins is really more of a change of a direction.

No wonder Sampras had so many Wimbledon titles because he made good use of his arm on powering through low balls, just like what Mr. Cayer said, use the arms more for low ones.
