i am happy you’re still uploading, i am learning ( sometimes) to add what i need.
and thank you for giving us the option to get up and walk around in this one.
it might sound stupid, but, my brain and body need to know,
because sometimes, like now in my rib cage or trunk, i am too tense.

Thank you Coln! You fixed my body! I cannot believe what a difference your sequences have made in my life and my sister's life. We are like new people. This sequence is not for the faint of heart, but so, so, so worth it and so effective! So grateful for your wisdom in all of this! Blessings Gina

Thank you question pls. when someones feet turn out in prone(heels in toes out) and they suffer with knee pain (nothing torn or injured but perhaps wear and years of poor organization ) is there a way to address this. I was thinking to add your lastest one as well. Thx I love your teaching, Dar

Which exercise would you recommend for someone with arthrosis in the knee?
When knee cartilage has already vanished substantially and pain is present (not constantly).
Thank you!

When laying down, my legs are so much in the duck feet position that there’s barely any more movement I can do in that direction other than exaggerating a tad what’s already there. Do you recommend to just keep doing this class regularly or is there another class before this one that would be best?

i wanted to finish, but, my husband made our green tea, and, walked away to have the tea, when i got up after, i was a little wobbly, i don't know if its a coincidence, in any event i am doing the other side, now !
