I was a catcher all the way through college. It’s created quite the duck feet and walk. I now have bunions, knee and ankle pain everyday. Fixing my gait is my focus for 2025.

The correct upper cervical adjustment(s) will resolve this with no exercise.

I'm 62 years old and waddled like a duck all my life, severe supination in both feet, painful corns on bottom outside of both feet, shoes worn down on outside after short amount of time.

Went to a specific type of upper cervical chiropractor (very new technique - only 5 doctors in the world currently doing this) and my left foot straightened out the very first adjustment. Unexpected and absolutely dumfounded. Corns disappeared, supination gone.

Four months later, after my 6th adjustment, my right foot partially straightened - it's not as severe as before. Hoping my next adjustment will straighten it the rest of the way.

I was seeking treatment for the main part of my spine - neck, upper, mid and lower back. It has done miracles - neck impingement of 30 years gone, thoracic scoliosis gone, severe S1 injury from last summer 90% resolved. The bonus cherry on top was the cessation of ankle pain and tendonitis in my foot/leg - and the straightening / partial straightening of my feet. Absolutely unexpected and miraculous results!

My first UC adjustment fixed so many things instantly - things that 40 years and hundreds of adjustments from traditional chiropractors have never been able to touch.

Look up Stress Analysis for the Upper Cervical Subluxation Complex (SAUCe for short). Dr. Guillermo Vazqez of UC Dallas is the inventor of this technique using stress analysis to make precise adjustments that hold every time. As the most previous layer of trauma to C1 & C2 is corrected/removed, the next previous layer of trauma will surface, either immediately or at some later date (days, weeks or months). Each subsequent adjustment removes that layer permanently. The majority of people will need less than 10 of these adjustments ever - unless and until a new trauma happens to the neck (auto accident, concussion, etc.). This not only corrects the spine from the base of the skull down to the feet, but also allows the central nervous system to be unkinked, resulting in amazing health restoration over time. Some of the benefits can and will be felt immediately or in the days and weeks following.

I'm only 6 months into this process and continue to be blown away with the results I've gotten and am continuing to receive.

This is the first time I've seen or heard anyone suggest pigeon toed calf raises LOL, and I have probably seen hundreds of videos to try to fix my ankle & achilles pain. I accidently realized the pain completely disappears when I walk with duck feet, but hurts when I try to pivot off my feet in the normal or neutral position. So I think my ankle pain is from walking with duck feet, then trying to walk normal. I thought it was insertional tendinopathy, but the exercises arent helping . I really hope this helps.

I have knock knees... Like the opposite of duck feet... My feet look straight but my knees appear to be too close.

If I’m internally rotated right leg (tight psoas, etc) should I focus more on strengthening the left side to counterbalance any compensations? Feedback is greatly appreciated

I've been walking worse than that for 40 years that looks normal. I think it's contributed to muscle imbalance and sciatic
