I had AAA back in 2011. Got into an accident with my new BMW(at the time). I took it to a certified BMW collision center and AAA had no problem paying the bill to the collision center(13k).

Switched to State Farm when I moved because AAA did not support home owner insurance on my new condo.

Got into an accident and State Farm refused to pay for a $400 part as part of the repair because they said it was repairable. It cost me about $1500 in rental car fees until I decided to pay for it out of my own pocket.

Stay away from State Farm. Usually the bigger the insurance company, the stingier they are with payouts.

I'm 37/AZ and I had basic liability on a 2012 Nissan and full coverage on a 20 Malibu. $280 a month with Geico. I started working for AAA and got a quote through them for double the coverage (Geico was 50/100/25k) to (100/300/100+uninsured and underinsured insured, +$1k medical payments and + Death benefits for both me and hubby. AAA quoted me at $220 which we were excited about and signed up... Then cancelled a week later because progressive quoted me for the same coverage -death benefits for $122 a month. Was a no brainer lol

I ran out of gas 50 miles from home. Triple AAA paid the bill and bought me 3 gallons of gas .they had someone there faster than i could have delt with it myself. Im gonna have to vote thumbs up for triple AAA . They just paid it. They didnt make squatt off of me this year . Im definitely going to give them a chance to get their money back next year too. I wish i had paid more attention in my youth to the things that have captivated me today but then i remember, oh yeah, i mostly lived in my car until i was 30 . Im a little slow .❤😂

I have been a member of AAA towing 32 years. Last year I purchased the auto insurance and paid for it with my credit card. Now they are telling me they will not take a credit card for a payment after the first year. This is a poor way to do business. The reason why I went with AAA to begin with was that they had a local office. Now we are finding out that our local office that has been here for 100 years is closing and we are told we have to travel 30 miles to get to the next closest office. I have had great service with AAA but I am now very disappointed.

I have AAA. I tried to remove a member online . Will not allow. Have to call. Moved to AZ from NY . I tried to update my profile and credit card. Will not allow. You must call them. You can put all the info in and it will take it, But when you update, It will be all the same info. What a crock of yes. I think is is because AAA is not a company per se . They are clubs. You have to deal with the club from your area if you move out from the area. I was trying to do everything online but they got all the exits covered.

Thanks so much! My car in surance is so high I guess cause I at one point lapsed due to financial hardship. If that happens, not all companies want to insure you and ones that do may be very expensive in my experience.🙁I don't know if that also is due to my credit not being better yet.🤔 Anyway, I recently learned AAA offers car insurance and some people said it is a very good price. Out of curiosity, I checked. Progressive has been $300+/mth for me, sigh. I'm age 39, in Maryland, with a past of some tickets here and there and currently I'd say quite a good driver.🌿 When I told them I'm gonna switch to AAA cause it is cheaper, they offered me $200 something. Told them AAA is $100 something. (Am not by my notes so I forget exact numbers.) 🌿So I'm gonna switch to AAA. Progressive says they'll refund the prorated amount so I dont pay both companies for same period. Then just watched your video and helps me feel even more yes to switching to AAA. 🌿I had it for just the roadside assustance before and did use it at times and it seemed fine though some drivers are better trained than others at say lockouts. 😊By the way, when I was with Progressive and maybe also back when with Geico, I compared their roadside assisysnce to a AAA membership - AAA in that case was more expensive and fewer calls for free assistance are allowed a year to AAA.

They just raised my premium $1k fr what? Clean record no ticket or accident ever. Multi policy holder . Their response, we were undercharding so many member all these years for they exotic cars the math didbt add up we were negative in reserves so we had to increase the price…..15 yrs later they realize they went negative? But let us give u $48 check x2 for covid hardship bc you must be driving less, but we will make up fir this when you renew by 10 fold in 2021….any advise in Cali for alternative? Costco?

I just switched to AAA from Geico because Geico raised my premiums by $1, 000 annually over the past year and it’s back down to less than what I was originally paying with Geico with greater coverage plus their OEM parts option.
So hopefully 🤞 this will be a good change.

I was with CSAA for years before being abruptly cancelled in 2003. I had to pull the reason out of them (they were very rude about it) but it was because the sidewalk was lifted by a tree root but 3/4" This was this way for 15 years and the entire neighborhood was in the same condition. Why not just tell your insured the reasons and give them time to remedy. Instead they hide the reason

I am 61 years old. My wife is 46. We are AAA members and have Premium Auto policy for AAA from our Agent. We live in Northern California and drive 2022 Tesla model Y and old Buick Le Sabre 2005. We have good driving records. I am first-responder RN and Veteran. However, I believe my rate is too high. I am probably getting ripped-off. I pay $242 per month for full-coverage of Tesla and Liability for Buick. They gave us NO discounts whatsoever.

No complaints with AAA. I’ve been with them for several years.
I just did price comparisons yesterday, after AAA raising my rates by twenty percent! They are still forty percent cheaper than the five companies I got rate quotes from in Colorado.
