How to Diet for Long Term Health | Build Healthy Habits

I know this is probably not like any diet you've heard before, but it will work. I want to emphasize KEEPING IT SIMPLE for the first couple habits. If you start with something to difficult, you'll get overwhelmed and quit, so start easy, and the results will come. Remember, we're going for life long changes.

Examples of habits (use specific measurable for habits and adapt as needed):
-Drink eight 8 oz glasses of water a day.
-No soda or less soda (20 oz a day or something).
-At least 7 hours of sleep a night.
-No more than 9 hours of sleep a night.
-Exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
-Eat a whole breakfast.
-Eat at least one fruit and one veggie every day.
-Fast food only once a week.
-Stretch for 15 minutes a day.
-Take a daily multi-vitamin
-Meditate twice a week for one hour each.
-Cut candy.
-No added sugar.
-Count your calories.
When you feel that you've mastered one habit, move on to another.
