Spectacular. I am a bread eater. I love sandwiches. I am always trying to figure out other things to put between 2 pieces of bread other than meat and cheese . thank you for a healthier alternative😄🙏

Instead of mayo use guacamole. You need to have a healthy fat in your diet and guac is a good way to go.

If you are trying to LOSE weight, don't eat sandwiches, eat salads. But you still need to have a healthy fat like nuts, avocado.

Bread is if you're at your ideal weight and you do something in cardio (gets your heart rate up for a significant amount of time) to burn off the calories every day. Even with some wheat breads, 2 pieces is 120 calories. That's a lot.

You could have a meal and a piece of fruit for these calories. I know there are so many options out there but talk to your doctor if you don't know what to follow. I'm 43 and have been doing the same thing my whole life, I don't eat processed sugar. It takes 3 weeks to get out of your system, you'll never miss it. And I run everyday.
