Thank you so much for sharing this! This is a fantastic strategy to identify the easiest and cheapest culprit for a single cylinder misfire, which I got on my 2011 VW Tiguan, Cyl.2 misfire. Since spark plug is the less likely one, I will clear the code before swapping the original #2 coil with #1, and drive until a misfire reappear and check the code again to see if the misfire shifts. If yes, I'll replace the original #2 coil. If not, I'll check the spark plug which is an easy one, and if no issue, swap it with the original #1 spark plug, and clear the code again. if cyl.2 still misfires, it has to be the injector that is having issue. Will then shift the diagnose to the injector. I'll draw a flow chart diagram to graphically illustrate this strategy inspired by you. Thank you!

greetings from germany. The work you do is very important and useful because I can say that there is no master of this car here and you helped me to solve some problems. My question is I had a misfire and I drove the engine that misfired for 100 km, can we say that it is harmful to the engine?

This is not helpful, you are not diagnose the problem, You just replace parts blindly. 1 coil for VAG V6 is 50$ - so You recommend 300$ "just in case" on the beginning and 100$ for spark plugs and still You may end up with faulty injector and pay even more and have to dismount everything again.
