you can up the vitamin D: 5000IU/day warm season / 10.000/day cold season. Healthiest MOST important vitamin out there. Also don't forget vitamin C (2g/day).
The magnesium in your supp is useless (non absorbable form). Get magnesium citrate instead (400mg day). Good luck Keep it up!

Love following what you’re doing while you’re young enough to enjoy the journey. So many of us work until retirement age only to then realize how much we missed by not doing what society sees as “The Normal” way of life and growing up.
