I worked at a dealership where they wouldn't give the wash out sheet so you didn't know how much commission breakdown til you get paid ... its like they didn't want to talk about it... basically screwing the sales man like how they screw the customer

What if you never been in draw, or let’s say it’s your first month, you got your 2, 000 dollars and and you made 5, 000 dollars in commissions and do you get 7, 000 dollars in total? Or do they still deduct 2, 000 dollars ?
